Refund policy

At Kaka Bawa Crockery Culture, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an item, we will issue you Store Credit equal to the value of the returned merchandise, which can be used towards any other purchase on our website.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided you meet the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Store Credit

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must meet all requirements:

  • Condition: Unused, unwashed, and in the same new condition you received it.

  • Packaging: In its complete original packaging (including boxes, inserts, and any protective wrapping).

  • Integrity: Free from any signs of use, scratches, or damage.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Mistake)

This is our top priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please email support@kakabawacrockery.com.pk with:

  • Your order number.

  • A clear description of the issue.

  • Clear photos showing the damaged item, its original packaging, and the shipping box.

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or full store credit at no extra cost to you.

3. How to Initiate a General Return for Store Credit

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, change of size/color), please contact our support team at support@kakabawacrockery.com.pk with:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will guide you through the return process and provide the return shipping address.

4. Store Credit Issuance Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of the return.

A. Approved Returns

If approved, your store credit will be issued in the form of a unique digital voucher/code equal to the value of the returned merchandise (excluding original shipping fees). This credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

B. Using Your Credit

The store credit code can be applied at checkout on our website to purchase any other item in our store.

C. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item): Kaka Bawa Crockery Culture will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (including change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
