Shipping Policy

At Kaka Bawa Crockery Culture, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery. We take special care in packaging our fragile items to ensure they arrive at your home safely.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • For Lahore (Same Day Delivery): Orders placed before 10:00 PM (PKT) are eligible for Same Day Delivery. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed for delivery the next business day.

  • For Other Cities in Pakistan: Orders are processed and handed over to our third-party courier partners within 1-2 business days.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We offer two distinct shipping methods based on your location:

  • Delivery within Lahore: We are proud to offer Same Day Delivery for our customers within Lahore, fulfilled by our own dedicated rider service.

  • Shipping (Rest of Pakistan): We ship all across Pakistan using reliable third-party courier services. For all other cities, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your specific city and location.

That is a crucial detail for customer expectation, especially in e-commerce in Pakistan. Handling shipping costs via call for out-of-city orders is common practice to confirm actual rates and availability.

3. Shipping Fees & Delivery Confirmation

Our shipping process is determined by your delivery location:

  • For Orders within Lahore: Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the products in your order and will be clearly displayed for your review at checkout before you confirm payment.

  • For Orders Outside Lahore (All other Cities in Pakistan): To ensure you receive the most accurate and economical shipping rate, the final shipping charges will not be calculated at checkout. Instead:

    1. You will place your order with a temporary shipping placeholder.

    2. Our team will contact you via call within 24 hours of receiving your order.

    3. During this call, we will confirm the precise shipping cost, estimated delivery time, and finalize your order total.

    4. Your order will be dispatched only after this confirmation call.

All applicable charges will be clearly communicated for your review before your order is processed.

4. Order Tracking

  • Rest of Pakistan: After your order is dispatched with our courier partner, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment status directly with the courier.

  • Lahore Orders: For Same Day Delivery, you will receive a confirmation call or message from our rider when your order is out for delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details. Kaka Bawa Crockery Culture is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or lost packages arising from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, as per our Refund Policy.

Please email us at support@kakabawacrockery.com.pk with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will work quickly to resolve it.

7. Delays

Kaka Bawa Crockery Culture is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, shipping carrier disruptions, or public holidays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will work with our carrier to resolve the issue.
